Hapkido
Hapkido classes are currently held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 PM.
Class Content
Beginners, intermediate and advanced students train together. We begin each class with a period of stretching, ki breathing exercise and light aerobic exercise. The remainder of the class is devoted variously to floor exercise (kick, strike, block and stance practice), hapkido self defense technique, and fun stuff like contact sparring, grappling or sword sparring.
There are many benefits to training your body and mind. Among them improved physical condition and self confidence. Greater flexibility and strength go hand in hand with an increased awareness and a better ability to defend yourself in uncertain and often dangerous world.

Stop by and watch a class, or if you would like, try out a class at no charge. Wear loose fitting clothing and remove dangling jewelry like necklaces and earrings. You must be At least 12 years old to join and if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enroll. We look forward to seeing you.
